The truth is your baby may be born with their first two teeth. The first two teeth babies grow at the two front bottom teeth. If these teeth are not present at birth, you should expect to see them grow in within the first 8 to 6 months. 

A Full Set Of Teeth By Age 2.5 

When your child is about 2 and a half years old, they should have the rest of their baby teeth. Children grow 20 baby teeth in total.
